About this workshop

Conventional. Non-QM. FHA. VA. USDA. Jumbo. Adjustable-rate. Fixed-rate.

Homebuyers quickly discover that there are a lot of mortgage choices — and there isn’t one loan program that’s best for everyone.

In this workshop, we’ll look at the decisions that help determine which mortgage may fit your situation.

We’ll talk about how factors such as your available cash, credit profile, income, property type, military eligibility, expected time in the home, and preferred monthly payment can affect the options worth considering.

We’ll also discuss how to compare loans beyond the advertised interest rate. A loan with the lowest rate doesn’t necessarily require the least cash, produce the best overall payment, or make the most sense for your long-term plans.

The goal is not to teach you every rule for every mortgage program. It’s to give you a practical framework for asking the right questions and understanding why one loan may fit your situation better than another.
